Weekend Camping == ‘Freaking Blast!’

Over this holiday weekend, I went camping with a great group of people. Justin, Kate, Tara, Jarod, Danny, Tera and I all stayed Friday night and Saturday night at a local campgrounds. We decided to go the old fashion way and pitch tents and enjoy laughing and spending time around a camp fire. It was a great break from the usualy work routine.

Speaking of work, the new job is going great. The woman I’m replacing leaves this Friday, so then it’s all up to me. The time goes by so quick there, I love it. Also, on Wednesday I can order my company lease, and I’m between getting an Accord, or a TSX. Tera wants an Odyssey, but I think that might be better suited as a second car down the road My company benefits also kick in on Wednesday, so it’s time to go get some nice glasses and contacts. It’s definately a good feeling to have a full time job at a place like Honda R&D.

Well, I’m off to play some Xbox on my new big screen. Until next time, may the force be with you!

Sorry I haven’t posted, but the new job, the move, and various other things have kept me pretty busy.

Starting Monday (5/9/2005) I will be a full time associate at Honda Research & Development. I just got the word Thursday that I got the job, and I’m so freaking excited. It was great news to get the day before my birthday. The pay is good, the benefits are good, everything is going great!

Well, it’s late, maybe I’ll get another post in later this week. Till then, Sayanora!
